How we work

How the
kitchen runs.

By Ziri, Rayan and Anwar6 min read

Every step from the first call to the monthly report in guests: the shot lists, the edit and the ads.

The first call

Fifteen minutes on a call with Ziri, no pitch deck. To start, we need access to your Instagram and ad accounts, and two shoot dates. No payment now: we only invoice after the call, once you say yes.

Shoot.

Our crew comes to you and films your food, your room and your people, from a shot list built on five content pillars. Two shoots a month. The pillars, in full: the 5 content pillars every restaurant Instagram needs.

Cook.

We cut a month of content from every shoot: 8 reels and 14 carousels, each with a hook, the dish and a reason to book.

Plate up.

It posts on schedule, the best of it runs as ads to people nearby, and every month you get a report in guests, not clicks.

Organic simmers. Your feed, cooking every week. It builds a following, trust and a library of footage you own, and it keeps paying off. Paid sears. New guests this week: Meta finds people nearby who have not been in, and retargeting follows up. It stops when the budget does.

We take care of you.

What we watch, every day

25 minutes a day, every day, and 3 hours a week in every content plan: trending audio and formats (they change weekly), the Vancouver food scene (openings and pop-ups), the accounts you compete with (what lands for them) and every platform change (so nothing breaks).

The report

Every month you get a report in guests, not clicks. You get a readable cost per reservation within the first month; we do not promise numbers we cannot see yet. How we count them: how we measure restaurant ads in guests, not clicks.

Yours, month to month

No lock-in. Every plan runs month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. The footage, the posts and the ad accounts are yours from day one. We never hold or mark up your spend.
